The regular-season table toppers fixed their minds on an unprecedented domestic and European double as soon as the final whistle blew at Twickenham in last weekend's Heineken Cup Final. A disciplined week, both on and off the pitch, has temporarily put the fizz on ice.
The Ospreys have made upsetting the Irish a habit this season. Only one defeat in nine matches against Irish provinces, coupled with a confidence-brimming triumph in Leinster's own back-yard earlier this year, gives Alun Wyn Jones' team enough hope of lifting a record fourth Celtic crown.
Whilst both squads go through their final preparations today, we got in touch with some of the experts that have felt both the sharp end of Leinster's graceful counter-attacking and the Ospreys ferocious force to provide their predictions for tomorrow.
Scarlets: George North
"With Leinster riding high off the back of their Heineken Cup victory last week, coupled with home advantage, it's going to be a tough ask for the Ospreys."
Prediction: Leinster
Munster: Johne Murphy
"It will be tight. Ospreys have been galvanized by goings on off the pitch this year and are really playing for each other, scrapping for every single ball. Leinster's passing is exceptional and defence is second to none. Both sides play good brands of rugby and are very clinical. Expect it to be a high scoring game with plenty of running rugby. "
Prediction: Leinster
Connacht: Adrian Flavin
"Whilst I think it will be a very hard game this weekend, especially upfront, I think Leinster will just have the edge over the Ospreys."
Prediction: Leinster
Glasgow Warriors: Chris Cusiter
"Ospreys were brilliant in their win over Munster and I have them as slight favourites due to Leinster's exertions over the past couple of weeks."
Prediction: Ospreys
Benetton Treviso: Paul Derbyshire
"My head says Leinster. They will be cheered on by their passionate home support in Dublin and after winning the Heineken Cup, they will be determined to win the double."
Prediction: Leinster
Edinburgh Rugby: Steven Lawrie
"Leinster have so much momentum, both from their semi-final win over Glasgow Warriors and their recent Heineken Cup triumph over Ulster, to be crowned as back-to-back European champions, showing an unrivalled and much-envied level of consistency. The Ospreys have worked extremely hard and played some quality rugby. I think they'll be quite happy to travel to Dublin as underdogs, and have a season's worth of good reasons to back themselves and their chances of another Irish scalp. "
Prediction: Leinster
Newport Gwent Dragons: Phil Price
"The Leinster pack will get a platform and their backs are really dominant. They are on a high after their Heineken Cup win and have a very strong squad."
Prediction: Leinster
