Dragons currently sit tenth in the Guinness PRO12 and lost out 35-17 to the Ospreys in a Welsh derby last time out, but with Amos, 22, pushing for a spot in the Wales starting XV and Tyler Morgan a regular in the senior squad, the winger expects that level of experience to improve Kingsley Jones' regional side.
"Keddie and Leon have been there and it's brilliant for Cory and good for the Dragons to have another face in the squad," Amos told the Western Telegraph.
"Cory is a great bloke and a big character at the Dragons, so it was funny seeing him come in and understandably be a bit nervous! But he made a big impression.
"Hopefully more Dragons will get called up in the future and I know that the coaches have got their eyes on at least a couple of players.
"Myself and Tyler have been there for a couple of years now, Cory has been called up, Keddie and Leon are training with us, Ashton Hewitt was close last season, Elliot Dee has been looked at in the past."
Keddie and Brown in particular have been touted as ones to watch after their success in Wales Under-20's historic success, and Amos - who has 10 caps and started all three summer Tests in New Zealand - is hopeful that training with the likes of Dan Lydiate and Sam Warburton can push the youngsters forward.
"Keddie has obviously had Toby [Faletau]'s influence at the Dragons in the past, but for him to have the likes of Sam and Dan there is massive. They are players that he will have grown up watching, so to be training on the same pitch next to them is huge," Amos explained.
"The coaches have clearly earmarked them as players of the future and that's great. When I first came into camp it was a massive step up in intensity and it took me a few weeks to get used to it.
"For Keddie and Leon to experience that now is fantastic for them and as and when they come in for real in the future they will be more than equipped to deal with it.
"As Kingsley says, the better the team does, the more individual accolades we will get. If we improve as a side then we will get more players in that national squad."
