The victory means that Simon Easterby's side are now guaranteed to finish sixth in the RaboDirect PRO12 table and thus have secured top-flight European rugby next season.
Jake Ball, Jordan Williams, Gareth Davies and Ken Owens all went over for tries while Tom Prydie crossed twice in reply for the Dragons.
But it was Turnbull, who is leaving to join the Cardiff Blues next season, who scooped the man-of-the-match award and Wilson has tipped his flanker for a starring role with Wales on their South Africa tour this summer.
"Josh Turnbull was outstanding. His work rate was phenomenal," said Wilson.
"I'm pleased for him, and he's put his hand up and caused the national selectors a bit of a headache.
"He's got that versatility he's played six, seven and eight for us this season and shown he can do the three.
"I think he's getting better and better and he knows what areas of his game he has to continually work on, but for me his work rate is second to none.
"Late in the game he was chasing back and defending - and we've seen him doing that all season."
