The 26-year-old, who leaves Wales for Clermont Auvergne next season, captained the side for the very last time and saw them record a 27-15 win against their Welsh rivals.
Rhodri Williams, Liam Williams and Steve Shingler, who also kicked seven points from the tee, all touched down for the Scarlets in what was a comfortable performance.
And Davies admits he was left welling up after the final whistle as he waved goodbye to the Parc y Scarlets
faithful.
"I feel very proud to end my Scarlets career with a win which was very important to me," said Davies.
"I thought we were the dominant team and deserved the win and we scored some half decent tries.
"It also feels very strange. I said in the week I am not very emotional and some things get me and some things don't.
"But I was welling up a little in the end and I am thankful for all the support at the end when everyone gave me their well wishes.
"Most of these boys are from the region and the players who come in buy into that concept.
"It's a proud place to be a part of and I am glad I finished on a high."
