The Final will be held at the RDS for the third consecutive year after the Warriors defeated Munster 16-15 at Scotstoun on Friday night and Leinster beat Ulster 13-9 in Dublin this evening.
Both matches were played in front of record play-offs crowds.
PRO12 rules state that the Final venue must have a capacity of at least 18,000 and the RDS meets this requirement.
