Beck is on the long road back to fitness from a major hip operation, the 24-year-old going under the knife in May.
And Beck believes it will be November that we first see him back in an Ospreys shirt, the Welshman admitting he had no choice but to have surgery to correct his hip problem in the first place.
"It was not only getting frustrating for me, but also for Steve (Tandy) and the coaches at the Ospreys," Beck told the South Wales Evening Post.
"They were trying to manage me in training so I could play on the weekend, but it just wasn't getting better, I had to get it sorted.
"I am looking at mid-November for coming back so it is going to be a long process, but it is important that I don't try and rush back.
"I have just come off the crutches so it is case of trying to build up the muscles now and after that I start the running drills."
