Prop George Hunter and flanker Bordill have already agreed deals with Ayr to play for the BT Premiership side next season when they're not involved with the Warriors, after coming through the Scottish Rugby Elite Development Programme at Glasgow.
21-year-old Bordill joined from Sale Sharks last summer, while 22-year-old Hunter has been at Scotstoun for four years and spent some time on loan at London Scottish last season.
Stand-off Gregor Hunter, who recently left Edinburgh Rugby, underwent ACL surgery earlier in the summer and is expected to be out of action for around nine months.
He will still be involved with the club off the field during his rehab and will also be helping out at Glasgow Hawks, as part of the agreement.
The 22-year-old made 16 appearances for Edinburgh and has come through the Scotland age-grade ranks. In 2012 he was awarded the Macphail Scholarship and spent four months playing club rugby in New Zealand.
George Hunter and Will Bordill will train regularly with Gregor Townsend's squad and will be available for selection throughout the season.
Glasgow Warriors head coach Gregor Townsend said: "This an opportunity for George (Hunter), Will (Bordill) and Gregor (Hunter) to be heavily involved with us.
"We know George and Will very well, with both having been a part of our EDP group last season.
"We are looking forward to seeing how they develop in our environment and also playing with their club sides in the BT Premiership when they're not involved with us.
"We know them well and they will add to the depth of our squad and we expect them to work hard to earn a place in the team and potentially a full-time professional contract next season.
"Unfortunately for Gregor (Hunter) he suffered a recurrence of a knee injury during our pre-season training and we're all really disappointed for Gregor that he's going to be spending some time on the sidelines.
"However, we will continue to support him through his rehab and he'll still have a big role to play at the club off the field."
Ayr RFC president, Billy McHarg said: "This is a really positive move for both clubs and is definitely a win-win situation.
"Will (Bordill) and George (Hunter) will be able to benefit from being involved with Ayr and Glasgow Warriors next season.
"It's a good opportunity for these players to potentially earn full-time professional contracts and for us to continue to work closely with the Warriors."
Glasgow Hawks coach Jamie Dempsey added: "Last season was a new high in our increasingly fruitful relationship with Glasgow Warriors and it is a tie we would like to continue to strengthen.
"We're proud to have been able to provide a platform for a number of Hawks to go on and play at a professional level with the Warriors.
"Gregor (Hunter) has had a tough time with injury and we'll continue to support him during his rehab, to help him get his career back on track."
