Having already made three appearances for the Warriors off the bench this season, 18-year-old Zander Fagerson will make his first start for the club, as the GUINNESS PRO12 gets back underway after the international break.
21-year-old scrum-half, Ali Price will make his debut, after joining in 2013 from Bedford Blues. He is part of the BT Sport Scottish Rugby Academy Stage 3 group.
Also in the team will be the returning Al Kellock who recently captained the Barbarians in two matches against Australia and Leicester Tigers earlier this month.
In the backs, Peter Murchie will play his second game in a row at full-back. Lee Jones is also retained on the right wing following the victory over Treviso at the end of the October.
In the centre, the pairing of Richie Vernon and James Downey will link up once again. On the left wing, Rory Hughes will make his first start of the season.
The half-back pairing will be Peter Horne and debutant Price.
In the forwards, Alex Allan makes his first start at loose-head since early October, Pat MacArthur is retained at hooker following his recent McCrea Financial Services Player of the Month award and Fagerson starts at tight-head.
In the second-row Tom Ryder partners captain Kellock, with Ryan Wilson starting at Number 8 and both Josh Strauss and Chris Fusaro completing the back-row.
The bench features forwards Kevin Bryce, Rossouw de Klerk, James Eddie, Tyrone Holmes and for the first time this season, Jon Welsh. In the backs, Glenn Bryce, brother of hooker, Kevin, could make his debut for the club and he's joined by Connor Braid. Niko Matawalu will also be on the bench, following his appearance for Fiji at the Millennium Stadium last week.
Head coach Gregor Townsend said: "The players have worked really hard this week and are looking forward to what will be a big test for the squad.
"Last week there was a big emphasis on conditioning and physicality in training, culminating in a practice match against the Scotland 7s and club players, which was a valuable exercise.
"Tomorrow's game is an extremely important one for the club, especially at this stage of the season, and there is a real hunger and desire within the squad to perform well down in Wales."
