But the Scottish side did experience a blip in round 16, falling to a 22-10 defeat to Munster in Cork.
And Seymour is determined to prevent a repeat of that loss in the Warriors' three remaining regular-season games against Connacht, Ospreys and Ulster.
"It's gone well," he told the Glasgow Warriors website, reflecting on the season.
"The boys have had some good results throughout the year that have led us to be where we are. Top of the table right now, there's no better place to be.
"We've got three massive games coming up so we've got to make sure we focus on each of those individually and carry on the level of consistency that's got us to this point this far.
"We need to carry that on and hopefully if we do that we'll be in a good place."
