Leinster are yet to name their side ahead of Sunday's GUINNESS PRO12 match at Benetton Treviso but Fogarty was pleased to see the likes of Jonathan Sexton and Dave Kearney back in blue.
Sexton, who rejoined the club this season, missed Ireland's quarter-final defeat to Argentina due to a groin injury and is being continually assessed by the club's medical team.
Speaking on Tuesday, Fogarty said: "Johnny will be managed through the week. It's day one so he would have been assessed today and will continue to be assessed. He had a light run-out on the field.
"Everyone seems to have come through. We're blessed. You'd feel sorry for Ulster (with their injuries).
"Our guys performed quite well [in the World Cup]. They're disappointed that they didn't go further but we're delighted for them to come back in what appears to be good nick."
Leinster are currently sixth in the GUINNESS PRO12 after last weekend's 23-18 victory over the reigning champions, Glasgow Warriors.
