Murchie makes his 84th start and 100th appearance at full-back, with Taqele Naiyaravoro continuing on the right wing and Rory Hughes coming in for Sean Lamont on the opposite side.
Glenn Bryce continues at outside centre, with Dunbar set to make his first appearance for the Warriors in almost five weeks at inside centre, after recovering from a thigh injury.
Duncan Weir is once again named at fly-half, with Blair recovering from concussion and starting at scrum-half in place of Ali Price.
Jerry Yanuyanutawa comes in for Gordon Reid at loosehead, Brown returns from an ankle injury at hooker and after scoring a brace of tries against Munster, Sila Puafisi keeps his place at tighthead.
USA international Greg Peterson comes in for Tim Swinson in the second-row and starts alongside Leone Nakarawa.
Rob Harley is named at blindside flanker, Simone Favaro comes in for Chris Fusaro at openside and Josh Strauss once again starts at Number 8 and captains the side.
Gordon Reid, Zander Fagerson and Grayson Hart all return from the Scotland squad and are named amongst the replacements.
