Starting out at West of Scotland, Rob Harley has become one of Glasgow Warriors most consistent performers, going on to make 131 appearances for the club he joined in 2010.
He has captained the Warriors on a number of occasions and has played 17 times for Scotland.
The 25-year-old said: "We've been very successful in my time here and there is a great culture at the club.
"There is a really good work ethic and a desire from all the players to learn more and improve every day.
"I supported Glasgow growing up and was a season ticket holder at Firhill. To come out of the stands and onto the pitch was an amazing experience and what you dream of when you're growing up.
"It was great to get a taste of the success we had last year, so my aim in the next two years is to keep winning trophies and push on in Europe.
"I'd like to use the excellent coaches we have here to improve my game and become a better player."
Chris Fusaro has made 109 appearances for the Warriors, since joining the club in 2010.
The openside flanker, a product of Howe of Fife, has established himself as a key component of the pack with his aggression and ball-winning ability.
The 26-year-old made his Scotland debut in 2014 against England and has gone on to win four caps for his country.
Chris Fusaro said: "Glasgow's been my only club since I started professional rugby and we've come on a long journey, but I still think we've got a lot further to go.
"I signed the same year as Ryan (Wilson) and Rob (Harley) and we've formed a tight-knit group in the back-row.
"It's great the club has managed to hold on to so many guys who have been here from the start."
Ryan Wilson joined Glasgow Warriors in 2010 from English Championship side Moseley and has played in the English Premiership 'A' League with London Irish and Wasps.
He has gone on to make 104 appearances for the Warriors and has also captained the side.
The 26-year-old back-row, who played for Scotland in the Rugby World Cup, has 16 caps for his country and was in the Scotland side which beat Italy last weekend.
Ryan Wilson said: "This is my sixth season at the Warriors and I've loved my time here.
"Being involved at the Rugby World Cup with Scotland was incredible and I want to continue to play at the highest level. By staying at Glasgow, I'll have the opportunity to do that.
"It was a massive honour to reach 100 games earlier this season and I'm really happy to be staying on."
