While Glasgow are still without the majority of their Scottish internationals, they can welcome back Moray Low to the bench after his knee injury.
Students can buy tickets for just £5 (normal price £10) at www.glasgowwarriors.org, on 0844 800 3490 or in person at the Gordon Street and Sauchiehall Street branches of Greaves Sports in Glasgow.
And Lineen has told his players they cannot afford to let up now as the crunch part of the season approaches.
"We've worked hard to put ourselves in a competitive position at what is now very much the business end of the season," he told the Glasgow Warriors official website.
"We have to make the most of the opportunity that's in front of us by continuing to show the character, appetite and fantastic team ethic that have got us to this point.
"The players and staff are fully focussed on the task in hand and absolutely determined to finish the season in the strongest possible fashion, starting with what will be another hugely tough game against Aironi. They're coming off a great result against Munster, which underlines what a genuine threat they are.
"It's going to be another tough, physical battle, but we know what's required and the guys are primed to deliver."
Aironi come into the game on the back of the biggest win of their short history over reigning champions Munster.
However one of the architects of that win at the Stadio Luigi Zaffanella, Gabriel Pizarro, has been ruled out of the fixture at Firhill.
Rowland Phillips does however welcome back Mauro Bergamasco from suspension and hooker Fabio Ongaro, who played his final game for the Azzurri in the Six Nations win over Scotland last weekend.
Elsewhere, scrum-half Tyson Keats, man of the match against Munster, keeps his role, and he is confident Aironi can build on that win.
He said: "I believe we can win every game and hopefully in the rest of the season we'll get more than a few scalps.
"It was a great time to beat the reigning champions last weekend and that victory was built on defence.
"We have paid more attention to detail recently and with the Six Nations on, the boys have come together really well.
"You can look at that result and say our top players are away, and that gives opportunities to those guys who are normally on the bench and their energy for the shirt has helped us."
