However Edinburgh are able to call on four of their 12 internationals - Grant Gilchrist, Stuart McInally, and Lee Jones, with prop Allan Jacobsen returning to the bench as he continues his injury recovery.
And with Ulster missing 12 international players Bradley is adamant Edinburgh can take advantage and throw the form guide out the window.
"There's a lot to play for in what is effectively a mini-series of games coming up during the internationals," he said.
"This is the squad we'll be asking to win games and, because of the changes imposed on both Ulster and Edinburgh by availability, the game is up for grabs for whichever 15 players takes hold of it.
"It's a great challenge for us. We've had a disappointing run of late and have spoken about how great a place it would be to end that run, so we're approaching the game in a very positive frame of mind.
"There are couple of players who have been knocking at the door for selection and this game gives them an opportunity to prove that they're a serious contender for matches going forward. If they produce wins for the club, then there's no reason why they can't stay in the side."
Stephen Ferris, Craig Gilroy and Paul Marshall are still available for the RaboDirect PRO12 league leaders while No. 8 Roger Wilson is expected to make his first start since his return to Ravenhill.
Last season's Heineken Cup finalists have made nine changes to the side which beat Newport Gwent Dragons - with Ricky Andrew making his first start at full-back, one of six backs in the squad with just five caps or less.
Ulster assistant coach Neil Doak believes the perfect way to start what will be make-or-break section of the season will be to extend their winning run to nine on the bounce.
"It's important that we get off to a good start and not let them settle," Doak told TheScore.ie.
"We've talked all week about getting the right result to lead us into the international break unbeaten.
"After the break we've got a tough couple of months ahead. We play Scarlets then have two Heineken Cup games against Northampton, then Leinster and Munster before another two games in Europe."
