Ospreys lie third in the RaboDirect PRO12 table trailing Leinster by a point, and leaders Munster by four after 12 games.
And while disappointed to see his side's European hopes ended with a game remaining, Jones admits there is now nothing to distract his side from their domestic title ambitions.
"It was a tough game," said Jones. "We are obviously disappointed with that but we are out of the competition now, we just have to focus on the Rabo.
"I think we attempted to throw pretty much everything we had in the armoury.
"I think we had a decent momentum shift if we carried on at times but we were our own worst enemy at times.
"There will be a few positives from that game. We had enough possession early on in the first half and potentially in the second but it is what we do with it as well."
