After helping the Warriors to a first-ever RaboDirect PRO12 Final the flanker is not thinking about slowing down this summer.
He is currently on tour with Scotland, who face Argentina on Friday before heading to South Africa for their final Test before the autumn.
Only six players who started against Canada last weekend will join up with Vern Cotter's squad in South America, but 24-year-old Harley insists the competition remains fierce.
"Two years ago on tour was when I made my Scotland debut so it's always an exciting time to be away," said Harley, who has five international caps so far.
"We have massive depth, and I think with the way they've set up the Tour - with a split of players going to the northern hemisphere and the southern hemisphere - there's still competition for places in the back-row.
"I'm hoping that with what I've done in the season, I've put down a marker for international selection, so I'm hoping I've put in the performances at club level.
"It's nice to have that recognised and hopefully that'll have me in for a shout."
