Ospreys remain top of the GUINNESS PRO12 table after securing their fourth consecutive triumph with a 19-14 victory over Munster at Thomond Park.
The hosts took the lead through Gerhard van den Heever's early try before Justin Tipuric set up Jeff Hassler to cross for the Welsh side, with the score 10-8 at the break.
Dan Biggar landed three more penalties to score 14 points in total with Rhys Webb inside him pulling the strings in a man-of-the-match performance to hand the visitors their first win in Limerick since 2011.
Last season's runners-up Glasgow Warriors also maintained their 100 per cent record this year as they clinched a 39-21 bonus-point win against Connacht at Scotstoun.
Stuart Hogg scored twice as the hosts ran in five tries with Henry Pyrgos, DTH van der Merwe and Mark Bennett also crossing to end the Irish province's unbeaten run.
Dave McSharry and Darragh Leader touched down for Connacht with Pat Lam's side also awarded a penalty try but Duncan Weir's 14 points ensured victory for the Warriors.
Defending champions Leinster bounced back from last week's defeat to Connacht with a hard-fought 37-23 bonus-point victory over Cardiff Blues at the RDS Arena.
The hosts powered into a 27-9 lead through impressive finishes from Rhys Ruddock, Mike McGrath and Gordon D'Arcy before the Blues hit back with tries from Cory Allen and Sam Warburton.
However, a late try from Luke McGrath and 17 points in total from the boot of Ian Madigan ended the Welsh side's riposte and handed Leinster their second win of the season.
Hallam Amos scored twice in quick succession to help Newport Gwent Dragons record their first win of the campaign, beating Benetton Treviso 33-15 at Rodney Parade.
Returning centre Ashley Smith and Jonathan Evans also crossed as the hosts secured a bonus point before Mat Luamanu and Leo Auva'a responded for the Italians.
Zebre also claimed their maiden win of the 2014/15 campaign as they held off 14-man Ulster in a 13-6 victory at Stadio XXV Aprile.
Declan Fitzpatrick was dismissed after only ten minutes before Dario Chistolini's try and eight points from Kelly Haimona proved vital with Darren Cave's late try for the visitors ruled out by the TMO.
And Scarlets recorded their second draw of the season as Edinburgh rallied late with the game finishing 20-20 at Murrayfield.
After tries from Harry Robinson and Liam Williams for Wayne Pivac's side, the hosts responded through Tim Visser and Phil Burleigh before Tom Heathcote's penalty attempt after 80 minutes fell narrowly short.
TRY OF THE WEEKEND
Glasgow Warriors were already 17-7 ahead at the break against Connacht but widened the gap soon after the interval as sublime handling put Stuart Hogg over for his second try.
A superb move from the base of a ruck saw the ball spun wide to find Mark Bennett on the overlap with the centre offloading inside for Hogg to touch down.
BREAK OF THE WEEKEND
Despite Ian Madigan's two early penalties, Leinster had failed to break down Cardiff Blues until Rhys Ruddock darted his way through for the opening try.
The flanker picked a perfect line through the Blues' defence and handed off Lewis Jones to touch down in the corner.
PLAY OF THE WEEKEND
Justin Tipuric was only on the pitch against Munster for 25 minutes before being forced off with injury but the Ospreys flanker stamped his indelible mark on the game by setting up their only try.
The Welsh international chose an excellent line before showing the deft hands of a world-class centre to offload for Jeff Hassler to touch down.
PLAYER OF THE WEEKEND
Ospreys scrum-half Rhys Webb may have been man-of-the-match in their 19-14 victory over Munster but his half-back partner Dan Biggar was the match winner.
The Wales fly-half scored 14 points with a 100 per cent kicking record in tough conditions and showed his game management skills to quell any potential fightback by the hosts.
