The coaching staff composed by Andrea Cavinato, Victor Jimenez and the newly arrived skills coach Roland De Marigny announced Zebre's line-up that is going to face O'Mahony and his team-mates.
Munster are now in third place in the league table with eight wins and 37 points, three less than leaders Ospreys after the last round of the tournament which saw all top four ranking teams losing, scrambling playoffs ambitions with now the top six teams enclosed by only 8 points.
This is a crucial match for both clubs: Zebre are chasing Treviso, currently two points behind in the race for the next EPCR Champions Cup while Munster, beaten last weekend in Galway by Connacht, has collected just one win in their last five official challenges, the 28-13 win on Boxing day in front of 25,000 at Thomond Park in the Irish derby against Leinster.
In the five previous encounters the Italian side has earned a point in the last round of the 2012/13 debut season; the 25-27 final score as they were denied their first win in the tournament. In the first leg in the third round, Munster grabbed a bonus point 31-5 win against Zebre Rugby who scored their only try through back row Italian international Vunisa, one of several absentees for tomorrow's match through injury.
The game will be directed by the Welsh referee Ian Davies who previously directed the first leg in Limerick in September.
