Cardiff Blues land in Italy with a run of three victories in the first three rounds of the tournament.
Zebre Rugby however, after the first two defeats against the other two Welsh teams of Ospreys and Dragons, are looking to their first win of the season in the Guinness PRO12 after last Saturday's abandoned against the champions Connacht.
Cardiff Blues are one of three teams against which Zebre have obtained the highest number of wins: three in the first four years of the Guinness Pro12.
The Welsh capital team was beaten twice in Parma in the 2013/14 season and 11 months ago in the 26-15 of the last October 31, 2015.
Zebre's first away win came at the Arms Park in Wales back in September 2013, an historic success for the Parma based franchise: the first in its history in the Guinness PRO12.
For the challenge of tomorrow afternoon there will be three changes in the starting XV compared to the previous challenge of seven days ago, all in the forward unit: flanker Meyer recovered from the pre-season injury against Bayonne and grab his first official selection while prop Lovotti is back in action after the two weeks suspension due to the Swansea opener citing. The third change concerns former southafrican Super Rugby Lions side captain Minnie who will be a starter for the first time in the Guinness PRO12 at number 8. Captain Biagi is ruled out of the game, rested after a light injure against Connacht along with centre Pratichetti.
