But Robinson missed the final game of the season against Benetton Treviso and his club have confirmed he may not be fit for the start of the 2015/16 campaign.
"Harry Robinson has suffered a significant neck injury and will undergo surgery next month," Scarlets confirmed in a medical update. "He is expected to be out of action for up to four months."
However, the prognosis on fly-half Jordan Williams and hooker Emyr Phillips is more encouraging after the pair both required shoulder operations.
Scarlets say they are due to return in August, while centre Steffan Hughes is being earmarked for a January return date following a second operation to his knee.
The surgeons in Llanelli will be kept busy though, with three more of Scarlets' stars set to go under the knife.
"Outside half Steven Shingler and tighthead prop Peter Edwards will both undergo shoulder surgery during the off-season and will be expected to make a return late August ahead of the start of the GUINNESS PRO12 season," the update continued.
"Second row Richard Kelly sustained a broken forearm in the Champions Cup clash against Leicester Tigers at Parc y Scarlets in October 2014. Now that the forearm has had sufficient time to heal Kelly will go back under the knife at the end of this month to remove the plate from his arm.
"Tighthead prop Samson Lee's Achilles injury is progressing well and has now been handed over to the WRU's medical team to continue his rehabilitation.
"Scarlets will return to Parc y Scarlets for pre-season training in early July."
