For round six table-topping Scarlets, the only team left with a 100 per cent record in GUINNESS PRO12 this season, open the round in Wales on Friday night at the earlier time of 6pm to avoid clashing with the Rugby World Cup final.
They welcome Welsh rivals Newport Gwent Dragons to Parc y Scarlets, a venue where the visitors are yet to win a PRO12 game.
But the Dragons do have Jason Tovey, the best kicker in the league so far. His 17 from 19 successful percentage rate of 89.47% is top of the pile.
Also on Friday the first of this season's InterPros in Ireland takes place when Thomond Park is the venue for the clash between Munster and Ulster. Munster lost their unbeaten record last time out and now just two points separate the teams in the table, thanks to Ulster picking up three try bonus points in their games to date.
Munster top the SpecSavers fairplay league as the only team not to be shown a card all season and they will be hoping to carry that record on.
Fly-half Ian Keatley is also looking to close the gap on Cardiff Blue Rhys Patchell at the top of the point-scoring charts. Keatley is currently second on 55, ten behind Patchell's 65.
For Ulster, No.8 Nick Williams - man of the match last weekend - is only one try away from 25 in his PRO12 career.
On Saturday Zebre face Cardiff Blues in the early kick-off and Connacht against Edinburgh Rugby is the later one.
Zebre took Edinburgh's unbeaten record off them last time out, and have previously completed a season's double over the Blues, so the trip will not be an easy one for the Welsh visitors.
Patchell may top the points scorers table - helped by his hat-trick of tries against Zebre in the opening round of the league - but he is down in 11th for the best kickers. He has only made 56.29 per cent of his kicks with 19 from 31.
Top try scorer in the league is also a Blue in Josh Turnbull but he will need to work hard to hold off a list of nine players that are one behind him on three.
They include Scarlets winger DTH van der Merwe who has only made two appearances as well as Turnbull's teammates Patchell and Josh Navidi.
Connacht and Edinburgh have each won four out of five games this campaign, but Connacht sit second in the table thanks to the four bonus points they have picked up along the way.
Round six wraps up with two games on Sunday, Benetton Treviso hosting Leinster and Ospreys travelling to Glasgow Warriors. The Italian outfit have yet to record their first victory of the season, but Leinster must be wary having drawn in Treviso last year, and lost at the venue back in season 2010/11.
Neither last season's champions Glasgow Warriors nor Play-Off qualifiers Ospreys have made the start they may have wished for and with five rounds already played both will be looking to get their campaigns back on track.
From a personal point of view, Ospreys' Sam Davies is third in the points scoring table with 54 points while for Leinster, Ian Madigan will make his 100th career PRO12 appearance if selected.
