The Welsh region head to Franklin's Gardens and will be keen to improve their away day woes in Europe - they failed to win an away game in two of their last three campaigns.
Wayne Pivac's side won their first six games in the league before defeat last time out to Leinster but welcome back their World Cup hero DTH van der Merwe on the wing.
Saints - quarter-finalists last year in Europe - have struggled at the outset of the Premiership season with three losses from their first four games but Scarlets fans will be keeping a close eye on their former charge George North on the left wing.

In the Challenge Cup there are two GUINNESS PRO12 sides in action, first up are the Cardiff Blues who head to Italy to take on Rugby Calvisano.
The Blues - who are on a six-game losing streak in the PRO12 - will be keen to right those wrongs and gain some revenge over Italian opposition after Zebre beat them earlier in the campaign.
There were encouraging signs for the Blues in their narrow loss to Glasgow Warriors last time out but Calvisano will take some stopping.
Massimo Brunello's squad are also in good form coming into the tournament. They share top spot in Italy's Eccellenza having won four of their opening five games.
Europe has so often proved a pick-me-up for the Welsh region who have lost just twice in the Challenge Cup.
Tournament winners in 2010, they qualified for the quarter-finals last season where they were narrowly defeated by local rivals Newport Gwent Dragons.
They also have Wales internationals Sam Warburton, Gethin Jenkins and Alex Cuthbert back in their ranks as well as USA international Blaine Scully, who takes his place among the replacements.

After that, Zebre travel to Kingsholm for a tough task against the defending European Challenge Cup champions Gloucester Rugby.
The Italians were handsomely beaten by the Ospreys last time out in the GUINNESS PRO12 but have been in good form of late.
They have already overcome last season's beaten Challenge Cup finalists Edinburgh Rugby and quarter-finalists Cardiff Blues in the opening block of GUINNESS PRO12 fixtures.
Gloucester welcome All Blacks lock Jeremy Thrush into the side while the Italians have opted to rest Carlo Canna and do not have history on their side - no Italian team has beaten an English side in the Challenge Cup since December 2007 when Calvisano toppled Leeds Carnegie.
