Stuart Hogg retains his place at full-back, after scoring a try and kicking a penalty in the win over Ulster last Friday, with Taqele Naiyaravoro coming in for Tommy Seymour on the right wing.
Mark Bennett continues at outside centre, with Peter Horne replacing Alex Dunbar in the number 12 shirt.
The half-back pairing is unchanged with Finn Russell starting at fly-half and Henry Pyrgos at scrum-half.
It's the same front-row which started the win over Ulster with Gordon Reid, Fraser Brown and Sila Puafisi combining.
Tim Swinson replaces Leone Nakarawa and he'll partner club captain Jonny Gray in the engine room.
Josh Strauss moves from number 8 to blindside flanker, with Favaro coming in for Chris Fusaro on the opposite side and Adam Ashe replacing Ryan Wilson.
Glasgow Warriors head coach Gregor Townsend said: "Last week's result against Ulster was important for the club and our focus is now on building on our momentum against Treviso tomorrow evening.
"Treviso will be tough opposition as they showed in the game at Scotstoun earlier in the season, when we won with a late try. They have also performed very well at home in their most recent games.
"Back-to-back games in Italy enables us to take out an extended squad of 35 players to have a week-long training camp, which we're all looking forward to."
