The fly-half slotted nine from nine penalties, scoring all his side's points and setting a new RaboDIrect PRO12 record in the process.
But Tebaldi is clear what laid the foundations for Aironi's third ever league victory.
He said: "I think we wanted to win it more than Treviso. We played very, very hard at the break down and we did the simple things well, like chasing up box-kicks and overall our kicking game was perfect.
"I think Treviso is now a little scared in their players' minds because they didn't think it was possible to lose to us. But obviously now Treviso will try harder and their physicality will increase at home.
"But we showed in the last game how to win. If we play like last week but improve a little bit our back play we will win again."
The game at the Stadio Monigo could see Aironi's new signing Mauro Bergamasco make his first start for the franchise.
A former Treviso player, Bergamasco's return to Italian domestic rugby last week was modest - he played just nine minutes, as a late substitute for Nicola Cattina.
But Tebaldi expects the Bergamasco factor to soon take hold of the club and move them off the bottom of the table.
He said: "Mauro's behaviour is very good for Aironi. He didn't arrive like a star but like a player who didn't have a team and wanted to earn the Aironi No.7 shirt.
"He has ambition. It may be difficult for people like him; he is famous and perhaps now a bit old but he has the desire to play.
"When he came on against Treviso I saw his eyes so concentrated to play the best he can.
"We don't know who will play the next game, but I think he could because he is very fresh. I think and I hope he will play hard and improve our position."
Although carrying a slight hamstring injury, Tebaldi should recover in time to take part in the derby part two.
"I am feeling OK," he said. "I will check the hamstring but in my mind I am ready."
