Props Lorenzo Romano, 23, Alberto De Marchi, 26, and utility-back Alberto Benettin, 21, are part of a 12-strong contingent of Aironi players whom Brunel has selected in his 30-man touring party to the Americas in June.
There is also a recall to the national set-up for scrum-half Tito Tebaldi after playing every match in this year's RaboDirect PRO12.
Eight Aironi players were part of the Azzurri squad which defeated Scotland 13-6 in the Six Nations and the Frenchman insists the side must kickon from that victory whilst blooding new talent.
"The objective is to give continuity to the work done in the Six Nations," said Brunel.
"But as we anticipated at the start of the season, it's also to start to introduce young players which will allow us to grow the national team squad.
"The spirit with which the team approached the Six Nations was positive.
"We finished by beating Scotland and we expect the same attitude from the group again in the games which face us overseas, starting with the Pumas.
"The opening match against Argentina will be difficult: they are a great squad, they're preparing for the Rugby Championship, but we will have to show our qualities and our game, like we did in the Six Nations.
"Against Canada and the USA we will have to get quality results and at the same time register positive findings from the youngsters selected."
