Kick-off is scheduled at 8, 35pm at Firhill Stadium Italian time (live on BBC Alba, Saturday at 10 pm on RaiSport 1).
Coach Rowland Phillips still faces a lot of injuries that force out of the game Buso, Robertson (both trained with the team on the pitch for the first time this week), Santamaria, D'Apice, Pizarro, Viljoen, Trevisan and Williams. Pavan is still disqualified, while Bortolami, Geldenhuys, Masi, Venditti and Staibano have a week off after returning from the Six Nations.
The starting XV is built on a solid base like the win against Munster proved two weeks ago. Tito Tebaldi will play again at fullback, with Giulio Toniolatti and Sinoti Sinoti on the wings and Roberto Quartaroli and Matteo Pratichetti at the centres.
There are no changes in the half-backs. Luciano Orquera will play at fly-half and with 7 more points he could become the first Aironi player to score 100 points in all the competitions. Tyson Keats - Man of the match against Munster - is the scrum-half.
In the back row, Filippo Ferrarini will play at number 8, with Nicola Cattina and Mauro Bergamasco (who is back after a three week suspension) flankering.
In the second row, George Biagi will play alongside Carlo Del Fava, who skippers the team in place of injured Santamaria. In the front row Alberto De Marchi is back as loose head prop with Lorenzo Romano at tight head and experienced Fabio Ongaro hooking.
Irish referee Dudley Phillips takes charge of the game.
