Two Changes For Zebre To Face Cardiff Blues

After the first win of the season last Saturday at Stadio Lanfranchi against the Scottish side of Edinburgh, Biagi and his team mates will host the Cardiff Blues in the sixth round of the competition. The Italian side is looking for its first set of consecutive wins in their history facing the Welsh side already encountered in the first round of the season held on September 6th when the Blues won at the Arms Park.

Only 4 points divide the two teams in the table rankings, with the Blues able to seize three bonus points in their last three defeats against Connacht, Munster and Ulster. Coach Wilson's side will face the fifth consecutive away trip in a fixture list that sees Navidi and his team mates almost two months away from the home stadium used by the World Rugby for the games of the World Cup held in the adjacent Millenium Stadium in Cardiff.

In the previous three encounters in Parma between the two teams, the White & Black boys beat the Welsh capital franchise in the 15-10 win of March 2014, completing a double win in the same season 2013/14 against the Blues overcomed in Wales in September 2013 in the first historic Guinness PRO12 victory of the Italian franchise.

After the team's run training finished this morning on the stadio Lanfranchi pitch, Zebre Rugby coaching staff has announced the starting line-up for the third home game of the 2015/16 season. Two changes from the starting XV of seven days ago: Frascati born player Bisegni - recovered from his injury suffered last March with Italian national team on the Six Nations window- is back in action with number 13 jersey while at scrum half, Australian Luke Burgess at his first start in Parma.
