They are at the Kingspan Stadium again next weekend, when the Scarlets are the visitors, and winger Gilroy is hoping to make it a hat-trick for the home supporters.
"I think we are quite fortunate to have so many of these home games in a row," he told the club website. "I personally love playing at home and it has been so good to have a few back-to-back.
"It will be fantastic to play in front of the home crowd against another tough competitor. The Scarlets will be another big challenge for us."
Gilroy was named man of the match against the Warriors, while Callum Black grabbed the hosts' only try on his 100th Ulster appearance.
"I'm good friends with Callum and he's been getting a bit of stick having not scored for 100 games so we were all delighted for him," he added.
"We got off to a slow start, pretty similar to last week, and it can be quite frustrating. We are creating the opportunities but we're just not finishing them off.
"But at the same time it says a lot about a team that doesn't play to its full potential but is still winning, so we can really build on that.
"I enjoyed getting the ball in my hands a bit more. With this weather, for the last month or so, it has been quite frustrating out on the wing - it has been pretty cold and wet and I haven't been seeing much ball."
