Those results are a big reason why they currently sit tenth in the standings, lower than any other team not based in Italy.
When they do return to action in 19 days time it will be to host Edinburgh at Rodney Parade, a match they will be targeting as the beginning of a turnaround.
The Dragons have a lengthy injury list accrued from an incredibly intense few months of games and Jones admits that has taken its toll on performances - especially against Munster last Saturday.
"We are a tired bunch, mentally more than physically. We haven't been able to fresh things up or rest players," said Jones.
"That was clear from the difference that Sarel Pretorius, Rynard Landman and Ed Jackson made from the bench in Munster, giving the whole team a lift.
"Adam Warren is shattered at the moment and made so many mistakes, which is unusual for him. Our error count was far higher than Munster's and we missed too many tackles.
"It wasn't as though they had a dominant scrum, line-out or kicking game; it was down to individual responsibility and it's for the players to deliver more accuracy in the moment rather than waiting for the next training session.
"The players held their own meeting after the game about having more responsibility because they know we need to be better than that and we let ourselves down.
"We need to freshen up and after this break we can look forward to a strong end to the season, starting with a win against Edinburgh."
