Munster are the first to visit BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park on Friday March 18 before Treviso visit Wales seven days later.
Cardiff Blues have lost just twice at home in the GUINNESS PRO12 this season and Wilson wants that proud run to continue.
"We've only lost two league games at the Arms Park this season and one of those was recently by a point to Leinster when we felt we should have got more," he said.
"If we can now get some wins at home - keep that fortress mentality going - then it will give us the opportunity to climb the league.
"We had a lot of difficult games away from home at the start of the season. Now we have a run at home and we have to make that count."
