The front row is the same as the one that started against Leinster last week, with props Fabio Staibano and Alberto De Marchi and Roberto Santamaria hooking.
There is also a first call for the former Azzurri Under 20 player from Rugby Roma young hooker Tommaso D'Apice among the replacements.
