That win saw Mark Anscombe's troops climb back to the top of the standings and if results go their way this weekend they could secure a top-two berth that ensures a home semi-final.
But Olding knows they will have to beat Connacht on Friday to stand any chance, and the 20-year-old also emphasised the importance of playing at Ravenhill in deciding the outcome.
"It is a must win game against Connacht," Olding told the Irish Times.
"It's really all hands now. We are three points clear at the top of the table, back in first place again so it's hugely in our hands.
"If we get the win we'll put ourselves in good stead for the home play-off. It's a nice place to be and to have the last game at home in Ravenhill is fantastic."
