They also beat the Welsh region 12-6 on the opening day of the season at Stadio di Monigo and are sitting comfortably in mid-table.
Bearman, who made his return from injury as a replacement in Ospreys' 23-16 win over Cardiff Blues last time out, admits his side must beat Treviso as they look to retain their top-four place and stave off the threat of Scarlets.
But he is warning his teammates it won't be an easy task.
"It's a huge game," said the 34-year-old. "Five points will be great but Treviso are a great team this year and they have proved it.
"They are mid-table and they are pushing every team they play at the moment so let's get the win and then hopefully five points.
"The Liberty is great to play at, it's a great stadium. The ground is class so it is nice and hard and we can play our brand of rugby.
"I can't wait and hopefully I will be involved."
Bearman played more than an hour against the Blues at the Millennium Stadium on his return from an injury lay-off.
He admits he was far from at his best, but says he is delighted to be back in action.
"I was a little bit rusty to be fair, it was really hard on the lungs but it went okay," he said.
"I got 65 minutes which was great. I was only expecting maybe 15-20 and it was good to get a win and be back involved.
"Personally I don't think I had the best of games but that is how it goes sometimes when you are coming back."
