Of the last few weeks Trimsaran, Llandeilo, Haverfordwest and Hendy have all welcomed the Scarlets community department and a number of players to their clubs as they undertake training sessions with the region's future stars.
Last week Gareth Maule and Kristian Phillips headed to Hendy RFC to lend a helping hand with the club's training session and to pass on some of their expertise in the field to the budding stars of the future.
Scarlets centre Maule, who recently celebrated his 100th regional appearance, said: "These visits are a fantastic opportunity for us as players to come and meet some of our supporters and give a little back to the region and the clubs that support us throughout the season.
"Despite not being able to participate in the session fully due to my concussion I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Hendy RFC and was able to give Kris (Phillips) a few pointers from the sidelines!
"There was some real talent out on the pitch and there's no doubt that we'll see some of these faces representing the Scarlets in a few years' time."
The Scarlets, along with the regional WRU development officers, are heading out into the community to encourage new players to take up rugby.
Scarlets are making visits to junior clubs right across the region over the next few months. For more information on when your club is due a visit please contact the community department on community@scarlets.co.uk
