RaboDirectPRO12 : News : Stadio XXV Aprile enters the New Year with a new stand

The construction of the new north stand of the Stadio XXV Aprile in Parma almost completed and Zebre will have soon a brand new working engine for all their professionals.

A state-of-the-art stand, which includes all the sports amenties at ground floor level and many business offices on the first floor, built by the town of Parma and managed by the Italian Rugby Union FIR.

By the beginning of 2014 Zebre will be all together in their new house which embraces both the training facilities and the administration units.

Also the regional rugby headquarters and others FIR units will be in this new stand into their new offices, linked all together.

Parma's Rugby Citadel will become the home of the rugby in town with Italy spending their pre-match training sessions there thanks to the modern structure, two newly generated synthetic pitches and two natural grass pitches.

Parma is ready to host all the RaboDirect PRO12 teams' fans with its new house of rugby starting from January 4 with the return Italian derby against Treviso.

Ulster Rugby has today been boosted by the news that Sean Reidy has signed a three-year contract extension, keeping him at Kingspan Stadium until the summer of 2020.

Louis Ludik had no hesitation in penning a three-year extension to his Ulster contract and says he is loving life in Belfast after two years in the city.
