Gregor Townsend's team sit third in Pool Two and they need to beat the holders and hope second-placed Cardiff Blues slip up at home to Exeter to allow the Warriors to sneak into the Challenge Cup.
And Kellock, who is still recovering after bicep surgery, believes Glasgow have what it takes to turn the tables.
"We must make sure there is a really warm welcome awaiting Toulon," Kellock told the Glasgow Evening Times.
"The intensity of that welcome must be such that it makes them want to be anywhere other than Scotstoun.
"In short it is going to have to be the complete reverse of what happened in Toulon back in October.
"Bodies must be put on the line and we must hammer it home to Toulon that they are in for an out-and-out war over every inch of the pitch.
"We know a win for them would guarantee Toulon a home quarter-final in the Heineken. At the same time if we win and Exeter beat Cardiff, we could be in the last eight of the Amlin Cup. That is a huge incentive for us."
