Elite Development Day (£99)

Edinburgh Rugby's Elite Development Days are designed to give a group of under-16 and under-18 rugby players the opportunity to spend a day following a training schedule akin to an Edinburgh Rugby professional player.

To ensure participants get the elite experience, group sizes are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Participants will spend a day in the life of an Edinburgh Rugby player at Murrayfield Stadium, taking part in strength and conditioning sessions, nutrition education and field-based skills sessions.

The Elite Development Day includes:
• Coaching by Edinburgh Rugby coaches
• Strength & conditioning session in the Murrayfield gym
• Edinburgh Rugby training top
• Stadium tour
• Match ticket
• Meet the Edinburgh Rugby players
• Nutrition seminar
• Lunch in the Team Room

Book now Under-16 - Thursday 10 April (9am - 3.30pm)
Book now Under-18 - Thursday 10 April (9am - 3.30pm)

To be eligible to take part in the Elite Development Days players must be aged between 14-18 years.

Young Gunners Camps (£70 for two days)
The Young Gunners camps are fun and enjoyable camps during the school holidays for children in school years P4-S2 of all abilities. Each camp is designed by professional coaches and are for both boys and girls (10am to 3.30pm).

Young Gunners camps are delivered by qualified Edinburgh Rugby coaches, with professional rugby players on hand to join in and coach the youngster.

Children will be taught the latest skills and techniques but the main focus is on enjoyment and learning to love the game of rugby.

The Young Gunners Camp includes:
• Edinburgh Rugby coaching camp sessions
• Meet Edinburgh Rugby professional players
• Edinburgh Rugby squad card and autograph opportunity
• Edinburgh Rugby Match ticket
