Since moving from Leinster in the summer, the wing has had to contend with a series of knocks that has limited him to ten RaboDirect PRO12 appearances this season.
But after two months away from first-team action, the 22-year-old dotted down for a fine early try last weekend in Munster's victory over Connacht.
And with a European semi-final clash against Toulon next up on Sunday - as well as the RaboDirect PRO12 play-offs looming - Conway wants to contribute on both fronts.
"It was a game (against Connacht) I was really looking forward to," Conway told the Irish Independent. "I hadn't played for Munster for the previous six or seven weeks. The last time I played was over in Ospreys, so to get out there was great.
"I feel very fit at the moment, my body feels very fit, free of niggles and knocks.
"It was a nice night in Galway, we played pretty well, but we still have a couple of things to work on ahead of the weekend.
"I don't know what impact my performance last weekend had. I'm sure it hasn't done me any harm but I still haven't played in the European Cup for Munster."
