O'Connell was unable to cap his landmark appearance with a win as the Men in Green slipped to a 23-16 defeat to Wales at the Millennium Stadium - Scarlets centre Scott Williams with the decisive try.
Reddan has ended up on the losing side in both of the GUINNESS PRO12 fixtures he has played against O'Connell's Munster team this season - 34-23 at home and 28-13 at Thomond Park.
And the Leinster man knows that while O'Connell will be disappointed he couldn't celebrate the achievement with an important victory, it is not in the Ireland captain's character to linger on the wasted opportunity.
"I think the kind of person he is, it won't be like that," he said.
"He'll move on and he'll focus on the next job, which is Scotland. He'll work on a few things, but he won't dwell on this.
"He hasn't got to where he is by dwelling on problems and there'll be no fear of that."
