After playing a crucial role in his country's impressive victory over Ireland last weekend, the 25-year-old will first turn his attention to the challenge of Italy on Saturday before resuming his club duties.
With only five rounds of the GUINNESS PRO12 remaining this campaign, Biggar admits he will have to maintain his form to ensure Ospreys secure an all-important playoff spot.
Following a sterling first half of the season, the Welsh region's form had been somewhat erratic until an emphatic triumph over Munster last time out, masterminded by Biggar's understudy Sam Davies.
But with Biggar relishing the chance to get back at the helm, the No.10 is confident he can inspire his side to compete for their first title since 2012.
"I am as committed as I've ever been to pulling on an Ospreys shirt, being an Osprey is all I've ever known," he said.
"My focus, once Saturday's huge game for Wales is out of the way, is making as big a contribution to the Ospreys' season as I can.
"Ensuring that we're in the end of season playoff games remains a huge motivation for me - it's where a club of the Ospreys standing should be.
"I'm looking forward to the next 18 months with the Ospreys and Wales immensely, a period which should be a special time for Welsh rugby as a whole."
