Williams was named man-of-the-match after a quality all-round display, including taking over kicking duties for a spell, while Lee was dominant in the scrum as Scarlets ran out 22-16 winners in a gritty contest.
The 21-year-old back Williams scored a try in the RaboDirect PRO12 on the opening day of the season although he is yet to add to it as he attempts to beat the five tries he ran in last season.
And teenager Lee is in his debut year for Scarlets but has impressed - leading to his call-up as cover for Adam Jones in the Wales squad and backing from George North who referred to the 19-year-old as 'an absolute monster.'
And after Wales' disappointing 19-26 defeat to Samoa following their opening autumn international loss to Argentina, Easterby expects changes to be made - and backed his young Scarlets to take up the mantle.
"Wales will have a view after the Samoa match that they might have to change a few things and I'm sure Liam and Samson will be on their radar to take on the All Blacks," Easterby told the Western Mail.
"They have both gone really well this year.
"We have been pleased with Liam for a couple of years. Samson has come onto the scene this season and has been particularly effective.
"Liam is going well and he's has gone well all season.
"He plays to that standard most weeks for us so there were no complaints from my end to have him back any time."
