Ospreys have coped well with ten of their squad being names in the initial Wales squad for the autumn internationals with the only blot a 23-13 defeat to Edinburgh at Murrayfield.
With the RaboDirect PRO12 on a break for European rugby, up next for Ospreys is Saturday's Heineken Cup clash in Toulouse.
And with returning stars such as Dan Biggar and Justin Tipuric adding to a team high on confidence following their 33-12 victory over Welsh rivals Cardiff Blues.
"We've had a look at them and there's no reason why we can't go out there and win or get something," he told Wales Online.
"It's good to see some of the boys back after the internationals.
"The build-up hasn't been great, but we are used to it now, boys going away and coming back.
"In the past we have struggled a bit, but we have learned how to deal with it over the years.
"So I'm really looking forward to going out there and putting in a big performance.
"My focus has been at the Ospreys and we've haven't done badly, with a couple of good wins.
"I've been quite happy with my form. It's gone all right.
"We are totally focused on getting a result."
