That means that heading into this Friday's clash with Glasgow Warriors, the province find themselves seven points off the top four.
But Holland is adamant there is still time to turn things around, and what better place to start than against a Warriors side that got the better of them in last year's GUINNESS PRO12 final.
"We have a game in hand and plenty to go. No panic buttons have been pressed yet, but next Friday is huge in terms of keeping in touch with the top four and staying ahead of Glasgow and Ospreys who are still behind us," Holland told the Limerick Leader. "It's hugely important.
"Glasgow put one over us in the GUINNESS PRO12 final last year and we want to get back into the top four again and to get there we need to get a result against them.
"We need to start getting results and not being close. We need to get over the line."
