The league leaders haven't lost in Belfast all year since January 2 which just happened to be the last time Munster made the journey north. The old rivals are specialists in small margins, their last four meetings have been settled by margins of four two points, one point and no points - a 23-23 draw two seasons ago.
Cardiff Blues v Scarlets, BT Arms Park, kick-off 7.35pm
Rhys Patchell reappears against his home-town club for the first time since his summer move with Scarlets overdue a win against the capital region. They haven't beaten them since a hat-trick of Aled Thomas penalties did the trick in December 2012. Josh Turnbull skippers the Blues from the openside of the back row with Sam Warburton and Ellis Jenkins on Wales duty.
Edinburgh v Zebre, BT Murrayfield, kick-off 7,.35pm
Zebre haven't won since drubbing the Dragons at the end of last season. Their first visit to Scotland since conceding ten tries to Glasgow last April coincides with Edinburgh on a roll after finishing up on the right side of a 71-point thriller against Harlequins in the Challenge Cup.
Glasgow Warriors v Benetton Treviso, Scotstoun, kick-off 7.35pm
Tommy Seymour is back on the Warriors' right wing after injury interrupted a flying start of seven tries in four matches. Scotstoun will be packed, as per usual, for what promises to be another virtual sell-out occasion. For Treviso, it brings another challenging stop in search of their first PRO12 win on the road since they hammered the Scarlets 41-17 in May 2013.

Ospreys v Dragons, Liberty Stadium, kick-off 3pm
Ospreys are averaging almost eight tries every 80 minutes at home this season - 31 from four matches in Swansea. After their Siberian expedition last week, Dragons face another potentially punishing trip to a venue where they have lost in each of the last four seasons.
Leinster v Connacht, RDS, kick-off 5.15pm
The last time they met, in the PRO12 final at Murrayfield six months ago, the exhilarating nature of Connacht's victory left no doubt that the most surprising champions were also the most worthy. Leinster will defy them to give a repeat at the RDS where nobody has won in the PRO12 since the Dragons more than eighteen months ago.
