Munster lead the way with seven squad members, while Ulster provide six, Connacht five and Leinster three.
Ireland 'A' boss Michael Bradley is yet to announce the 22nd player in his squad, with Leicester Tigers wing Johne Murphy the only player to ply his trade outside his home country.
The reigning Churchill Cup winners recorded a comfortable 48-19 win over Tonga at Ravenhill a fortnight ago and Bradley will be looking for more of the same with a similar-looking squad.
Isaac Boss, Ian Humphreys, Ian Keatley, Andy Kyriacou, Brett Wilkinson, Mike Ross, Bryan Young, Johne Murphy, Chris Henry, Fergus McFadden and Donnacha Ryan are all retained from that game, with Henry, McFadden and Ryan all joining up with the 'A' squad after being involved in the senior set-up at the start of this week.
Bradley is yet to name his final starting XV for the first-ever rugby match at Tallaght Stadium, the home of Irish soccer side Shamrock Rovers.
The Connacht coach will make that announce at 1pm on Wednesday, with details appearing here on www.magnersleague.com
