On his selection, Lineen said: "The players have a chance to prove that last week's result wasn't a one-off. They deserve another chance.
"Once again, our last result will mean nothing if we don't win tomorrow night."
On the substitutes' bench, Dan Turner will be hoping to get some action as he waits to make his 100th appearance for the Warriors.
Last season, Turner broke into the Scotland 'A' team and was ultimately selected for their summer tour to the Barclays Churchill Cup in North America where he started both pool matches against Canada and Argentina 'A' and the final against England Saxons.
Ahead of such a landmark game, Turner said: "I've never played this many games for a team before so I'd like to think it shows how much Glasgow means to me.
"I also think it's a reflection on the team spirit here. I really enjoy playing, training and generally hanging out with all the guys here because of the camaraderie in the squad."
With such a big year behind him, Turner hopes to build on his achievements of the past 12 months.
"Playing for Scotland 'A' was a real honour but first and foremost, I'm aiming to get some more starts for Glasgow and hopefully some more caps with the 'A' team. Then, who knows."
