The Scots visitors are due to face a line-up featuring wing Mark Jones, backrow Dafydd Jones, fly-half Stephen Jones and hooker Matthew Rees.
Between them they have 195 Welsh caps and they all started in the tournament's final showdown when Ireland visited the Millennium Stadium two weeks ago.
Other full internationals in this weekend's Scarlets starting XV include centre Gavin Evans, wing Dafydd James, scrum-half Martin Roberts, prop Iestyn Thomas, lock Vernon Cooper and No 8 David Lyons.
Exciting young talent in the XV includes full-back Daniel Evans (age 20), centre Jon Davies (20), lock Dominic Day (23) and backrow Josh Turnbull (21).
Head coach Nigel Davies told a Parc y Scarlets press conference: "This is a very big weekend for us, particularly with some of the other matches that are going on.
"We need a win and we've all focused hard this week on the job in hand."
Davies took over at the Scarlets last summer, has seen the region move from Stradey Park to Parc y Scarlets and is gradually crafting the squad he seeks.
He said: "We're a group in transition but I'm clear where we are and I know where we need to go. We've probably bottomed out in a number of areas and we now move forward from here very positively.
"We're excited about the potential we've got coming into the squad and that gives me great faith moving forward.
"We have a huge tradition to uphold in terms of our playing style and philosophy and our values include the fact that we're more than simply a professional rugby club. Honesty and integrity remain important and I believe that we can look back at our heritage and use that to help us move forward."
