Bradley and his assistant Eric Elwood are waiting on fitness reports on a number of players before naming his side on Thursday for this game.
Mel Deane comes back into the squad after missing the 75-8 European Challenge Cup win over Spanish Cetransa El Salvador through injury.
Andy Dunne, who joined Connacht at the start of the season but who has been out of action since suffering a knee injury in the pre-season clash with South Africa, is named in the squad and could make his competitive debut.
Dunne successfully returned to club action at the weekend.
Another player who has successfully returned to club action from injury and is included in the extended Connacht squad, is former Irish international Matt Mostyn.
"It is great to see the likes of Andy and Matt coming back from long-term injuries as they will give us options at the back.
"Injuries are an ongoing issue in rugby and we just need to check on a few others before finalising the team and the bench for this match.
"It is a big game for us and everyone is looking forward to it, not least as there should be a great atmosphere in the Sportsground on Friday night,"
said Connacht coach Michael Bradley.
Ruled out through injury are John Hearty and John Lyne.
