Mills could only muster six appearances for the Scarlets last season in an area where backrow places were contested by a galaxy of international players. He finished his Scarlets career with 39 appearances - which included two tries.
In a career blighted by injury, Gravelle made 11 appearances last season to push his tally up to 67 for the Scarlets. Previously he had made 17 appearances for Llanelli and managed to cross the white wash on 10 occasions.
