Cooper and Thomas to start for Scarlets

Cooper replaces young lock Dominic Day while Thomas comes in for Phil John at loose-head prop.

Both teams will be seeking their first win in the league after opening round defeats but Scarlets Director of Rugby Phil Davies is looking forward to the showdown.

"We had a couple of exciting games last year and hopefully this will be no different," he said. "We had a disastrous start to our game at the Liberty Stadium last season when we lost our fly-half before the game and the Ospreys put a lot of points on us early on. I'm sure it will be a great occasion."
